Initial appointments are 75 minutes, and include an in-depth consultation, explanation of the process, & addresses questions before shifting into your Elemental Embodiment Session.

Sessions for current clients are 45-minutes, and include an opening check-in, a guided Elemental Embodiment Exploration, and space for integration and reflection after.
