Hailey’s Story ✧

Hi~ My name is Hailey Gladden. I am a first-generation certified Elemental Embodiment Exploration (EEE) Guide of Genius Frequency Methodologies (GFM). My path as a somatic guide was forged through transmuting my own personal traumas, grief, and physical disconnection into liberation and a deeper capacity to feel.

Growing up in metro-Detroit, my childhood joy as a living-room dancer (ie, forcing my family to watch as I performed for them) and avid rollerblader eventually gave way to adolescent trauma and a sense of restlessness. By my late-teens, I found solace in music, traveling, and hiking after my first roadtrip to the Smokies in 2010, but couldn’t shake the feeling of depression at “home”. Seeking personal growth and to be surrounded by nature, I moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina in 2016. There, I immersed myself in the local arts and music scene where I spent many nights dancing with friends, co-founded a poetry collective, and began my healing journey learning from therapists and other healers online. While I could analyze my traumas and patterns intellectually, I quickly discovered that true transformation must be felt in the body, not just the mind.

In 2018, a perfect storm hit within months: the death of my estranged father and the unresolved feelings that followed, a severe physical injury caused by an ex-partner’s rage, and a soul-crushing job misalignment. After announcing my commitment to leave the food industry and enter holistic health, I was led to GFM by my dear friend and poetry collective collaborator. At the end of my interview, I asked the only question that came to mind, “What are your favorite bands?”—a question I believe supported me to land the job, especially because the owner is a musician.

For the next eight years, I worked closely alongside GFM's founders as both an employee and client. Through this modality of somatics, my healing transformations were amplified with a level of support I never thought I would receive. I started to build true safety in my body by liberating traumas, healed chronic stress that had manifested as severe facial dermatitis, and unlocked new waves of artistic expression—I wrote my favorite and weirdest poetry, played tambourine in a band (with my boss, nonetheless), and led vocals in an experimental improv music project.

Years later, the devastating loss of my beloved cats, Stormie and Zylki, cracked open profound grief portals in 2022 and 2023. They taught me how to surrender to the unknown and to embrace a deeper capacity to feel. I learned powerful lessons and how to dance with the dark without my body needing to scream at me through physical symptoms. In the middle of these two losses, I began to master EEE to support myself before training to guide others.

Today, I combine my natural gift of pattern recognition, grounded presence, and somatic healing to help my clients step into their own transformational upward spirals. I provide a safe container for creatives and grievers who are ready to stop intellectualizing their pain, transmute trauma into aligned action, and reconnect deeply with their bodies. Together, we will bridge the gap between spirit and body, honoring life’s challenges as sacred teachers on your journey to living your soul's revolutionary frequency.
